分會主題為“精準改變世界，計量增進互信”，設有化學計量與標準物質共性技術、臨床與藥物計量、食品與環境計量三個專題。分會邀請了國際計量局化學部負責人Robert IanWielgosz、德國聯邦物理技術研究院化學物理部負責人Bernd Güttler、歐盟聯合研究中心衛生消費者及標準物質部負責人Thomas Linsinger、深圳大學副校長張學記教授等二十余名相關國際組織及國內外化學計量領域權威專家，將圍繞會議主題，針對前沿熱點領域的研究重點進行技術報告和交流。
Dr. Derek CRASTON
Dr. Derek Craston is Chief Scientific Officer and Managing Director of Health Science and Innovation at LGC, where he is responsible for the leadership of teams delivering R&D programmes inanalytical quality and metrology and providing regulatory related analysis.
Dr. Stephen ELLISON
Dr. Ellison is now an LGC fellow providing technical leadership for LGC's Statistics team and additionally overseeing LGC's reference material certification activity at Teddington. His principal research interests are in statistics for analytical chemistry, including analytical quality assurance and statistical aspects of reference material production.
Dr. Chiara GIANGRANDE
Dr. Chiara Giangrande's areas of expertise are protein post-translational modifications, proteomics, metabolomics, analytical chemistry, metrology, production and certification of international standards, traceability in clinical chemistry, absolute quantification of metabolites, peptides and proteins by mass spectrometry, measurement uncertainty calculation.
Prof. Hongmei LI
Prof. Hongmei Li is Director of Chemical Metrology Division, NIM China, she is a committee member of CIPM/CCQM, committee member of ISO/REMCO, China's National Representative of Analytical Chemistry Division (ACD), IUPAC, Chairperson of APMP Food Safety Focus Group(FSFG), etc. She also serves as an editor of Accreditation and Quality Assurance, Journal of Instrumental Analysis, reviewer of Analytical and Bio-analytical Chemistry, Chinese Chemical Letters.
Dr. Thomas LINSINGER
Dr. Thomas Linsinger joined the European Commission's Joint Research Centre as permanent staff in 2003. He actsas project manager for reference materials production and works in standardisation.
Prof. Xiaohua LU
Prof. Lu's research area includes the evaluation of measurement uncertainty, the management, development, preparation and application of reference materials, the design and data evaluation of inter laboratory study with different purposes, and the performance evaluation of measurement methods and diversified measurement technologies.
Dr. Stephen A. WISE
Dr. Stephen A. Wise iscurrently a Scientific Consultant in the Office of Dietary Supplements at the National Institutes of Health (NIH-ODS) where he provides support for the Analytical Methods and Reference Materials Program. He was involved primarily in the development of Standard Reference Materials (SRMs) for trace organic constituents in environmental, clinical, food, and dietary supplement matrices.
Prof. Baorong CHEN
Prof. Chen is Director of laboratory medicine of Beijing subsidiary of Kingmed Dignostics group Co. LTD and director of laboratory and Science & technology innovation department of north-China region. Prof. Chen mainly engaged in clinical chemical measurement standardization and medical laboratory management.
Dr. André HENRION
Dr. Henrion is head of Working Group Bio-Organic, Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB). His main area of experience is organic masss pectrometry, particularly the development of accurate measurements for the quantification of proteins in biological matrices.
Dr. Zhishang HU
Dr. Zhishang Hu is research chemist in Chemical Metrology & Analytical Science Division (NRCCRM), National Institute of Metrology, China. His present research focused on develop reference materials, measurement technology and standard models to aid in the characterization of protein therapeutics and evaluation of their safety and efficacy.
Prof. Xianzhang HUANG
Professor Xianzhang Huang is Director of Medical Reference Laboratory and Laboratory Medicine Department, head of Education& Teaching center of Laboratory Medicine, Guangdong provincial hospital of Chinese medicine, committee member of Chinese Society of Laboratory Medicine (CSLM), standing committee member of Chinese Medical Doctor Association of Laboratory Medicine, lead auditor of China national accreditation service for conformity assessment (CNAS)
Dr. Gang LIU
Dr. Liu is leader of the Biometrology lab of Shanghai Institute of Measurement. Dr. Liu has been a visiting scholar in NIST (2016), he is a member of the SAC/TC 387 (Biochemical testing standardization technical committee), a member of the Biophysical Society of China, phenotyping branch. He has 10 years working experience in biological CRM research.
Dr. Megumi KATO
Group Leader of Bio-Medical Standards Group, Research Institute for Material and Chemical Measurement, National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ)/ AIST, her group focuses on developing standards and analytical methods for nucleic acids and low molecular weight compounds.
Dr. Lei ZHANG
Dr. Lei Zhang is the founder, president and CSO of Tianjin Alta Scientific Co., Ltd., Dr. Zhang is now engaged in R&D of "First Standard®" brand organic RMs and CRMs such as pesticides and metabolites, vet-drugs and metabolites, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients and additives, environmental pollutants, as well as stable isotope labeled RMs.
Prof. Xueji ZHANG
Prof. Xueji Zhang is vice president of Shenzhen University. His lab focuses on the development of novel biosensors, tools and devices to study free radicals, cancer biomarkers, profiling changes in animal or human associated with diseases and exploiting this information for development of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
Dr. Jingbo CHAO
Dr. Chao Jingbo is an Associated Research Fellow of inorganic lab, Chemical Metrology Division NIM China. Her main research field was focus on the developing methods and complex matrix CRMs of elements, elemental species and nanoparticles in environment and food. Dr. Chao has developed more than 25 CRMs, which including speciation calibration solutions and tea leaves, oyster tissue, sediment, black fungus and solder matrix CRMs.
Dr. Byungjoo KIM
Dr. Byungjoo Kim is currently a principal research scientist at the Center for Analytical Chemistry and Research Coordinator of Food-Safety Metrology in KRISS Korea. His research was focused on establishing national standard system in organic analysis area, including setting methodologies for preparation/verification of primary standard solution, purity assay, isotope dilution mass spectrometry (IDMS) based on GC/MS and LC/MS.
Dr. Zoltan MESTER
Dr. Zoltan Mester is heading the inorganic chemical measurement science activities at NRC. His research interest encompasses analytical mass spectrometry, sampling, sample preparation and sample introduction. He is currently serving as the President of the Analytical Chemistry Division of IUPAC.
Prof. Ting RUAN
He is a professor of Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research area is the investigation on principles and analytical methodologies for identification of novel persistent toxic pollutants.
Dr. Tang Lin TEO
Dr. Tang Lin Teo is Acting Division Director of Chemical Metrology Division of Health Sciences Authority, Singapore. She also works closely with the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) to promote chemical metrology tolocal testing laboratories. Tang Lin has been engaged as SAC's Technical Assessor/Expert and serves as a member of the SAC Council Committee for Laboratory.
Dr. Maria FERNANDES-WHALEY
Dr. Maria Fernandes-Whaley is Head of the NMISA Organic Analysis Section, and Research Manager of the African Food and Feed Reference Materials Programme. Her laboratory's technical scope include chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques for the accurate quantification of organic contaminants in food and the environment.
Dr. Robert WIELGOSZ
Dr. Robert Wielgosz is Director of the Chemistry Department within the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM). He is responsible for the establishment, development and management of the BIPM program in Metrology in Chemistry, which includes international comparisons of chemical standards from National Metrology Institutes (NMIs), and capacity building programmes for Metrology for Accurate Patient Care, Safe Food and Feed and Clean Air.
