大腦是人體內功能最復雜、結構最精細的器官。腦內的化學物質種類眾多,含量迥異,分布不一,對這些重要分子進行分析表征一直頗具挑戰性。質譜成像是一種具有高靈敏、免標記、化學專一性且可同時監測多種分子空間分布的新興成像技術。質譜成像已廣泛應用于神經退行性疾病、中樞神經腫瘤及腦中藥代動力學的研究。本文簡要介紹了質譜成像方法的基本原理和重要技術進展,并著重討論了近年來質譜成像在上述腦神經科學領域中的代表性應用。
